Several people from the lab will be attending the SICB 2014 meeting in Austin from January 3-7. Look out for presentations by Ryan Greenway (on his work on sulfide spring swordtails) and Danielle Alba (on her work on elemental variation in sulfide spring fishes). Furthermore, Courtney Passow is a finalist in Huey Award competition (SICB Division of Ecology and Evolution Best Student Presentation). She is talking about her work on energy metabolism in extremophile fishes.
